New Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Morningside Farmers Market!

To apply to be a member, please review MFM’s membership rules, to ensure that your business meets MFM’s standards. Next, apply online here and send copies of all applicable licenses/certificates/receipts to the market manager. Please note you must pay a non-refundable $50 application fee for your application to be reviewed (payment online with button below or via PayPal to manager@morningsidemarket.com). The manager and Board will review your application and then inform you of their decision.

Step 1 – Review our Membership Rules.

Step 3 - Email copies of the following documents to manager@morningsidemarket.com, as applicable to your business. 

  • Required for all: liability insurance policy (front page is sufficient)

  • Required for all: business license or Georgia LLC registration

  • Common for farmers:

    • Organic Certification

    • Live Plant License

    • Egg Candling Certificate 

    • Mobile Vehicle/Meat License

    • Feed receipts documenting certified organic feed purchases

  • Common for food producers:

    • Food Sales Establishment License

    • Organic Processing License

    • Cottage Food License 

    • Purchase receipts documenting ingredients purchased are certified organic

Step 5 – We will contact you regarding acceptance to MFM. The review process takes about 2 weeks in full. Thank you for applying to join us!
